At Fragments, we offer a bespoke jewellery service allowing you to collaborate with us to create a unique piece. The bespoke jewellery service is specifically tailored towards your budget and preferences, with professional advice and guidance offered along the way. We use ethically sourced stones and the highest quality materials. At Fragments, we place a strong emphasis on craftsmanship and all bespoke pieces are made locally in Melbourne by our Master Jewellers.

The Process

1. If you are interested in creating a bespoke piece of jewellery, get in touch via email at info@fragmentsfinejewellery.com.au to start the conversation. We can chat further via email, or alternatively schedule a phone or virtual appointment.
2. The bespoke jewellery service is tailored specifically towards you – we will discuss your preferences in relation to stone options, metals, design, and budget, whilst offering valuable advice throughout the process.
3. Using our trusted network of suppliers, we can present you with a selection of stone options for your consideration. We’ll then work towards refining your design.
4. Once your stones and or/design have been confirmed, we’ll commence production of your piece! Production takes between 4-6 weeks and we can update you on the progress of your piece along the way. Upon completion, we will be in touch to confirm secure delivery to your address (we ship bespoke pieces throughout Australia).
